Cooking instruction

Pat dry the meat & make slits on it.

Marinate the meat and let it rest for 4 hours.

Grill on a BBQ & serve hot with Jamaican Jerk marinade and dipping sauce.

Serving Suggestions

The grilled meat can be served as a BBQ platter or used as a filling for burgers, Sandwiches, or rolls, and the marinade can be used as a dipping sauce as well.
