Your introduction to sheesh kebab culture and cuisine of cooking.

Ingredients   Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Green chili, Coriander, Red Chili, Cumin, Black pepper, Garam Masala, Fat, Salt.

Cooking instruction

Pat dry the meat & mince 500 grams of any meat with 100g of the Seekh Kebab Marinade. 

Refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours.

Now, wet your hands and press the meat onto a skewer. 

Cook over a charcoal grill or a preheated tawa.

Once done, baste with butter & serve hot with coriander chutney

Serving Suggestions

The meat can be served as classic Seekh kebabs or on a sizzler plate for sizzling Seekh kebabs. You could also use it to make Kati rolls.

Net weight – 200 grams.

Cooks about 1 kg of kebab.
