Delicious and hygienic Tikka Marinade Recipe.

Ingredients
Lemon, Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic, Garam masala, Pepper, Ajwain, Methi, Chili, Oil, Salt.

Cooking Instructions

Marinate the meat/ vegetables with the mix and ½ cup curd. 

Let it rest for 6 hours/overnight. 

Grill on a tandoor oven or pan fry in butter. 

Garnish with sliced onions, coriander leaves, lemon wedges & serve with mint chutney.

Tip: For a cheesy murg tikka, top with grated Amul cheese cubes & garnish with coriander leaves.

Serving suggestions

The meat can be used to make Kati rolls or tikka masala.
