At Cook Town Foods, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that our products are of the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return and replacement policy.
Delivery Timeline
We will take 3-5 working days to deliver the products.
No Return or Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or refund for our masala and marinade products once they have been shipped. However, we do provide replacements under specific conditions.
Replacement Policy
We will only replace products within 1 week under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon delivery.
- Seal Broken: If the seal of the product is broken upon delivery.
- Expired Products: If the product delivered is expired.
How to Request a Replacement
If you meet the above criteria, please follow these steps to request a replacement:
- Email Us: Send an email to cooktownfoods@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product and its packaging.
- Inspection: Once we receive your email, we will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
- Approval: If approved, we will process the replacement and ship a new product to you at no additional cost.

Additional Information
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if required. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Tracking: If you are shipping an item over ₹500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
