Ingredients
Lemon Juice, Garlic, Chili, Black Pepper, Garam Masala, Nutmeg, Oil, salt

Forget take-out shawarmas from fast foods. Prepare safe, tasty, and hygienic shawarmas in the comfort of your home with ease.

Cooking instruction

Marinate ½ kg thigh/breast flattened meat or any protein of your choice with 1/2 cup of Shawarma marinade & ¼ cup curd. 

Let it rest for about 4-6 hours. 

Grill on a BBQ or pan fry in butter/ olive oil. 

Once grilled cut into strips & serve with pita bread & garlic sauce.

Serving suggestions

The grilled meat can be served as a shawarma plate (chicken strips tossed with some onions, tomato, cabbage & garlic sauce) or rolled in pita bread and served as a shawarma roll.

Net weight – 200 grams

Cooks about 1 kg of kebab.
