Cooking instruction

Marinate your favorite protein and let it rest for 6 hours.

Grill it on a BBQ or pan fry with butter/olive oil.

Serve hot with Peri Peri marinade and dipping sauce.

Serving Suggestions: 

The grilled meat / Paneer can be served as a BBQ platter or used as a steak for burgers, and sandwiches, or as a filling for rolls.

The Peri-Peri  Marinade can also be used in salads tossed with some veggies & roasted or simply served as a dipping sauce.
