Bring the characteristic aroma and the perfect spice blend of a classic Indian tandoor to your home with our tandoori marinade. Whip up the best tandoori dishes in the least amount of time.
Cooking instruction
Marinate 1 kg whole chicken (cut into 4) or any preferred protein with 4 tbsp of Cook Town’s Tandoori marinade & ½ cup curd.
Let it rest for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Grill in a tandoor oven or pan-fry in butter.
Once grilled serve it with mint chutney.
Serving suggestions
Serve it as tandoori kebab with mint chutney or you could use it to make Kati rolls, Sandwiches, Tikka masala & lots more.
