Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic, Cashew, Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Ajwain, Nutmeg, Chilli, Oil, Salt

Experience the real taste of Afghani with our Afghani Marinade. 

Cooking Instructions

Marinate the meat/ vegetables of your choice with 4 tbsp of Afghani marinade, ½ (100ml) cup curd & 2 tbsp cream/ Milk for 6-8 hours or overnight. 

Grill on a tandoor oven or pan fry with butter.

Garnish with grated cheese & serve with mint chutney.

Serving suggestions

The grilled meat can be served as classic Afghani tikka kebabs or you can also make Kati rolls or Afghani tikka masala.
