Cooking Instructions

Marinate the preferred protein of your choice, and let it set for 4 hours.

Grill on a BBQ or pan fry with the oil of your choice. 

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Peanut chutney.

Serving suggestions

Serve the skewers with some Jasmine rice & spicy Peanut chutney.
